Within Australia items are shipped with Australia Post and require a signature upon delivery. There is a flat rate of $10 for express postage. If you are shopping outside of Australia, International orders incur a $25 shipping charge. If you would like a quote for postal insurance please get in touch.
After placing an order online you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to follow the progress and location of your purchase.
In the event of damage to the item during transit please contact Lauren immediately so the extent of damage can be assessed and rectified.
In the event that your parcel does not arrive please contact Lauren immediately so that the issue can be taken up with the relevant postal carrier.
REPAIRS & RETURNS
There is a 6 month manufacturing warranty on all jewellery. These things can happen from time to time unfortunately. In the case that a piece needs to be repaired due to a manufacturing fault the cost associated with this will be covered by Lauren. Repair because of general wear and tear and any costs associated with this will be at the customers expense.
Choose your pieces carefully as returns because of change of mind are not accepted. Lauren is always happy to send through detailed images or videos of pieces to aid you in your selection.
