Working from her studio in Melbourne, Australia, jeweller Lauren Trojkovic's work brings together sculptural forms and textural embellishment, along with flashes of colour. She draws inspiration from the lapidary world for its finessed forms as well as rugged mountainous landscapes for their incidental beauty.

Her jewellery often juxtaposes elements of these by contrasting asymmetric forms with clean lines, accented with her signature hand engraved textural embellishment.

Lauren arrived at gold and silversmithing after studying both graphic design and photography. She was seeking a more hands-on approach to expressing her creativity that saw her graduate with an Advanced Diploma of Jewellery and Object Design from Melbourne Polytechnic in 2017.
